People Operations Business Partner 1 Year FTC

About the role

Our People Operations Team have a busy and exciting year ahead. In 2025 we will be procuring and implementing a new HR Information System, ensuring that it meets the needs of of staff and managers. We'll be pressing ahead on multiple projects to support our colleagues in building their skills in delivering excellent teaching to our students, as well as supporting the whole College in developing our new Strategic Plan with a particular focus on our organisational culture and values. We're also on the cusp of welcoming a new CEO into the organisation.

We have an opportunity for an additional People Operations Business Partner role on a 1 year FTC. We are seeking someone with significant experience in either a generalist or specialist advisory HR role, with operational experience of employment law and ER case management, as well as strong stakeholder management experience. 

The role  involves working closely with managers and employees to address their needs and improve the overall employee experience. Improving People processes, supporting workforce strategies, training managers, reporting on KPIs, and ensuring compliance with legislative and safeguarding requirements.
