Michelle trained as a painter at Slade School of Art before going on to study Printmaking at Wimbledon in the early 1990’s.
Michelle is Programme Area Manager for the Printmaking and Bookbinding Departments at Morley College Waterloo.
Michelle’s practice covers all aspects of print and crosses over into painting and drawing- she is particularly interested in how the process of print allows ever expanding new discoveries. She works on the west coast of Scotland every year, painting, drawing and printing. This annual trip feeds into all of the work in the studio for the rest of the year.
Michelle has work in national collections including the Ashmolean, Lincolnshire Museums, etc limited, Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, Orchard Solicitors, London.
