You may qualify for a free Access to HE course, if you are aged 19-23 years of age, and this is your first full Level 3 qualification.
If you don’t, you can still fund your course with an advanced learner loan from the government. Our student support team can advise you on how to apply and help you with any application.

The Access to HE Diploma (Allied Health Professions) will provide you with foundation knowledge of the sciences with a strong emphasis on allied health care.
The course offers an equal balance of theory and practice and includes compelling units such as: health care professionals, human anatomy and physiology, biology, chemistry, and mental health.

The Access to HE Diploma (Education) is an ideal course for adults (anyone aged 19+) wishing to pursue a career in education.
Completing of this course will allow you to progress on to various education related degree programmes, and after graduation you can pursue a career in education, whether that be in academia, research or teaching

The Access to HE Diploma: Counselling and Psychology course offers an equal balance of theory and practice and includes compelling units such as: contemporary approaches in counselling, Stress and wellbeing, contexts in counselling, counselling skills in Practice, crime, poverty and families and households.
You will also learn generic study skills relevant to studying science, including undertaking effective research, collecting and analysing scientific data and writing experiment reports and essays.

The BTEC National Certificate in Performing Arts course is both practical and theoretical, giving you the skills needed to progress to further study, training or higher education. The practical work will help you to develop skills through training in voice, movement and acting in weekly classes. You will learn key audition techniques to help you apply for drama school or higher education. You will rehearse and perform a piece of live theatre under professional conditions. This forms your practical assessment and is marked by your tutor.
This course may be free to adults who are either unemployed or on a low wage (below the London Living Wage).
