Arts Events Management Masterclass

This masterclass will give you an insight into how to successfully run your own small-scale event(s). Run by experienced director and festival organiser Lara Samuels, who runs the successful Rapport Festival in Brixton.

Coming from the perspective of artists and practitioners (musicians, DJs, dancers, theatre makers, comedians, visual artists, filmmakers, etc), the masterclass will help you plan and create your own events. Exploring marketing, logistics, planning, budgeting and health and safety; you will gain an insight into how you could collaborate with venues, festivals, institutions, and public spaces. You will be given budget templates to take away with you after the masterclass
