What you will learn

For the spring term 2024, our weekly, Saturday morning Zumba and Latin Bounce Back course combines the exuberance of Zumba and the flare and artistry of Latin American dance in a unique way. For each one hour-long session you’ll enjoy forty minutes of a straightforward Zumba session, led by Zumba and Latin specialist Madeleine Duba. Then, after a short breather of five minutes stretching exercise, Madeleine will guide you through fifteen minutes of creative dance action that students who’ve attended our Latin Bounce Back sessions will recognise, blending flexibility of movement, creative styling and Latin rhythms. Join us for a full hour of fun and fitness training.
