A gentle and systematic approach to movement inspired by yoga and the Feldenkrais Method. Suitable for all abilities and ages. Precise and effective exercises, useful for targeting injuries and unhelpful postural habits.

Class format and activities

Weekly timetabled class in college with social distancing. Exercises useful in targeting injuries and easing unhelpful postural habits.

Entry requirements

Must be able to get down onto the floor and back up to standing unaided.

Movement in this class is progressive and student centred. All abilities and levels of fitness are welcomed and accommodated.
