Develop your interviewing and presentation skills
Learn to use portable equipment on location for recording vox pops and interviews
Record interviews with remote guests via Zoom or similar
Use advanced features of Adobe Audition to create high quality audio material

Class format and activities

There will be lectures with recorded illustrations, demonstrations, practical work, handouts and discussions.

Entry requirements

Completion of Podcast Production 1, or similar course or evidence of equivalent experience. Familiarity with a Digital Audio Workstation or DAW (e.g. Audition, Audacity, Logic, ProTools, or similar) is desirable but not essential.

What you need to know before you enrol

There will be a certain amount of work outside the class. Due to the nature of the content of the course you might be exposed to high volume levels. We strongly encourage everyone to bring a pair of ear plugs to every lesson.
