You will receive a Morley College certificate. Customer Services taster covering delivering solution focused customer services. Customer point of view. Customer issue, problems and complaints. Customer needs and expectations. Following procedures, protocols and communication guidelines. Negotiating and influencing customers. Building rapport with the customers. Business Planning covering the following, Business identify. Mission, Aims and Objectives. Marketing Strategy. Financial Strategy. Production / Operations Strategy. Human Resource Strategy. Situational Analysis - SWOT and PESTLE.

    Our educational tasters which were designed to support the New Youth quake market. There is a wonderful opportunity to trade on a market stall. The Markets team are offering a pre-market practical workshop / networking session on Tavistock Square on Saturday 18 November for New Youthquake traders to give them a chance to practice on the market itself, as well as give them a chance to meet each other.. Wonderful opportunity for youth traders.

    What you need to know before you enrol

    This programme is open for all , however there will be a mixed ability audience. Some may have some knowledge of Business Planning and Customer Services and others may be new to the concepts

    You need to have lots of energy and prepared to share your market trading aspirations or experience with others. You will need some basic stationery (pen and paper).
