What you will learn

Learn to play tunes, improvise and understand basic music theory. Suitable for players with two terms' experience.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

Know how to bend blow and draw notes
Have a deeper understanding of improvisation
Improved ability to improvise and take solos
A knowledge of the leading harmonica players and their repertoire
Know how to play vibrato
Use the tongue for effects while playing

Learning from tutor demonstration and explanation. Playing as a part of a group and individually Learning a repertoire of suitable material Learning various harmonica techniques

Completion of Harmonica 1B Online enrolment on term 3 of this course is only available to those enrolled in the previous term.
