The course is suitable for complete beginners and those wishing to expand their drawing and fashion illustration skills.
Excellent attendance and punctuality is required from all students. Students are generally expected to spend some time outside of class for completion of activities.Please note the eating and drinking is not allowed in the fashion studios - you are allowed to have bottled water. Students must be able to read, write and understand English.
You will need the following equipment: Paper and fabric scissors, sewing threads, masking tape, drawing materials (watercolour, acrylic paints, coloured pencils, pastel), brushes, A3+ paper, masking tape, eraser. You will also need to budget approximately £10-30 for printing images. The sessions will be carried out on Morley college computers; however, you are welcome to bring your own laptop with installed Adobe Illustrator on it. You can also bring computer mouse or a graphics tablet if you have one. You will also need to budget approximately £10-30 for printing images.
