This course will provide some background to what you hear in DAW software such as Logic and Ableton, how music theory relates to it and how develop your ideas with more interesting chords and melodies.

Learning Outcomes
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Identify and understand notes, scales, keys, chords and intervals and use them to write more complex music
- Write sophisticated chord progressions and turn simple major and minor chords in to more interesting sounding ones
- Write strong motifs and melodies and transpose your music to any key in a sequencer
