-Warm up to bouncy Latin music with steps, stretches, hip and rib cache isolations. -Shake off any worries and relax with dynamic Latin dance routines from Salsa, Merengue to Reggeton. from gentle muscle strength exercises, cardio steps to dance coordination, this class covers it all. -Cool down with relaxing soothing music energising you for the rest of the weekend.
