Spend a leisurely time exploring interactive craft workshops led by well-know artists and makers at our Chelsea Centre for Creative Industries. Try your hand at something new in our range of introductory workshops including printmaking, 3D modelling, screen-printing, pattern cutting, sculpting organic forms, millinery and black and white photography.
By linking art and practical skills, people can make a living doing what they love. But it’s also about the people you meet along your journey. Come and join us for London Craft Week 2025.

Friday 16 May: 10:30 – 13:30 Cyanotypes
This is an exciting hands-on workshop where you can immerse yourself in the magic of the cyanotype process. You will create amazing designs on paper using leaves and flowers and acetates to explore artistic layouts in your prints.
Friday 16 May: 11:00 – 14:00 Screen Printing on Paper
Learn how to make screen prints. You will learn how to prepare a screen, explore different methods of screen printing.You will make stencils by tearing shapes from news print to create backgrounds, using a light box create more considered designs in response to your existing prints and cut more accurate and sophisticated stencils using a cutting blade.
Friday 16 May: 11:00 – 14:00 Drypoint Printmaking
Explore drypoint techniques as an introduction to intaglio printmaking, and make images that explore line, tone and texture to produce unique and exciting prints. By the end of this workshop, you will be able to: make drypoint plates on card, metal or plastic, and be able to ink and print them and more.
