About the Role

Chelsea Centre for Creative Industries is looking to appoint a Senior Lecturer to work across a range of programmes and provide leadership for our UAL Level 3 diploma and extended diploma  Graphic Design and Illustration courses. The successful applicant will also work on the (UAL L1 and L2 Diplomas) within our Art and Design Programme Area.

We are looking for a creative and innovative lecturer who is passionate about supporting and challenging students to realise their creative potential. We are looking for an individual who is confident to lead courses and teach across a range of levels and disciplines. You will work with the Programme Area Manager to grow the graphics provision at the centre and strengthen progression routes.

You will be committed to working collaboratively to deliver a high-quality contemporary experience for our students. You will have a teaching qualification (or be willing to work towards one) and have confidence teaching in further education including 16-19 study programmes. You will have experience in the creative industries, ideally in the Graphic Design and/or illustration field. It would be an advantage if you have skills in Adobe CS and/or creative analogue skills.
